The following are the preliminary details/targets as established by the CHWMEG Board of Directors for the 2010 Facility Review Program, effective: June 16, 2009

CHWMEG 2010 Facility Review Program Details:
Requirements for Facilities to be Included in the Commitment Phase:
* North American facilities: 3 member
nominations
* non-North American facilities: 2
member nominations
"Fair share" pricing per member for commitment-listed facilities receiving
two or more commitments:
* North American facilities: $800 (was
$825 for 2009 FRP) - will remain available to members post commitment phase
for $1,100.
* non-North American facilities: $1,500
(was $1,600 for 2009 FRP) - will remain available to members post commitment
phase for $2,400.
"Sole Sponsor" (SS) addition pricing (not to exceed - NTE*) per member for
2010 FRP additions:
During the commitment phase:
* North American facilities: NTE $3,000
* non-North American facilities: NTE $4,000
Subsequent to the commitment phase:
* North American facilities: NTE $3,500
* non-North American facilities: NTE $4,500
*NTE: if one or more additional member commitments to SS added facilities are received, the initiating member's cost will also defer to the "fair share" price (as noted above); if no other member commitments are received, the SS initiating member's invoice is for the NTE amount, and that member receives SS credits back for any subsequent member purchases of the report**
SS credit notes:
1. SS credits can be accumulated until the member's net outlay is equal to the 2010 FRP "fair share" pricing;
2. SS credits have zero cash value;
3. SS credit status is reported to the member with quarterly member activity statements

- Jun-Jul 2009: Encourage/Assist Members w/ Creation of Respective “Favorites” Baskets
- Aug 19, 2009: BOD Determine Criteria for Com List Inclusion & Establish 2010 FRP NTE commitment pricing
- Aug 31, 2009: Call for Online Nominations Distributed (NOMINATIONS PHASE: 31 Aug-9 Oct 2009)
- Oct 9, 2009: Member Nominations Due!
- Oct 13, 2009: BOD Review Nominations & Determine Com List Inclusion
- Oct 22, 2009: Call for Online Commitments Distributed (COMMITMENTS & INITIAL SS ADD PHASE: 22 Oct-4 Dec 2009)
- Dec 4, 2009: “Fair Share” and Initial SS Commitments Due!
- Dec 9, 2009: BOD Review 2010 List, Bundling, and Approve Contractor Meeting & Bids
- NLT Dec 18, 2009: Contractor Pre-Bid Meeting Held via Webinar
- NLT Dec 18, 2009: Request for Bids Distributed to Contractors
- Jan 6, 2010: Contractor Bids Due!
- Jan 11, 2010: BOD Review to Determine 2010 FRP (Contractor Awards)
- Jan 15, 2010: CHWMEG Notification Letters Sent to Facilities
- Jan 15, 2010: Contractors Notified of 2010 FRP Awards & Authorized to Proceed
- Jan 15, 2010: Initial “Fair Share” Commitment Invoices to be Distributed
- Jan 15, 2010: Announce Call for Commitments for the Initial SS Additions
- Feb 5, 2010: Member “Fair Share” Commitments Due for the Initial 2010 FRP SS Additions ‡
- Feb 12, 2010: Commitment Invoices (Plus Initial SS Additions) to Be Distributed
- Ongoing 2010: Respond to Member SS Addition Requests to 2010 FRP
- COB EDT Aug 6, 2010: Last day for SS additions to 2010 FRP
- Aug 27, 2010: Deadline for commitments to final additions
‡ CHWMEG BOD Policy: all 2010 FRP commitment invoices must be paid in full by the member before any of those completed reports can be conveyed to the member
