The following are the preliminary details/targets as established by the CHWMEG Board of Directors for the 2011 Facility Review Program, effective: August 17, 2010

CHWMEG 2011 Facility Review Program Details:
Requirements for Facilities to be Included in the Commitment Phase:
* North American facilities: 3 or more member
nominations
* non-North American facilities: 2 or more
member nominations
"Fair share" pricing per member for commitment-listed facilities receiving
two or more commitments:
* North American facilities: $800. (same
as for the 2010 FRP) - will remain available to members post commitment phase
for $1,100. (same as for the
2010 FRP)
* non-North American facilities: $1,500.
(same as for the 2010 FRP) - will remain available to members post commitment
phase for $2,400. (same as for
the 2010 FRP)
"Sole Sponsor" (SS) addition pricing (not to exceed - NTE*) per member for
2011 FRP additions:
During the commitment phase:
* North American facilities: NTE $3,000.
(same as for the 2010 FRP)
* non-North American facilities: NTE $4,000. (same
as for the 2010 FRP)
Subsequent to the commitment phase:
* North American facilities: NTE $3,500.
(same as for the 2010 FRP)
* non-North American facilities: NTE $4,500.
(same as for the 2010 FRP)
*NTE: if one or more additional member commitments to SS added facilities are received, the initiating member's cost will also defer to the "fair share" price (as noted above); if no other member commitments are received, the SS initiating member's invoice is for the NTE amount, and that member receives SS credits back for any subsequent member purchases of the report**
SS credit notes:
1. SS credits can be accumulated until the member's net outlay is equal to the 2011 FRP "fair share" pricing
2. SS credits have zero cash value; can be applied per member rep direction toward any CHWMEG-issued invoice
3. SS credit status is reported to member reps in real-time on the member's-only website (see: statements)

- Jun-Jul-Aug 2010: Encourage/Assist Members w/ Creation of Respective “Favorites” Baskets
- Aug 17, 2010: BOD Determine Criteria for Com List Inclusion & Establish 2011 FRP NTE Commitment & SS Pricing
- Aug 30, 2010: Call for Online Nominations Distributed (NOMINATIONS PHASE: 30 Aug-8 Oct 2010)
- Oct 8, 2010: Member Nominations Due!
- NLT Oct 15, 2010: BOD Review Nominations & Determine Com List Inclusion
- Oct 18, 2010: Call for Online Commitments Distributed (COMMITMENTS & INITIAL SS ADD PHASE: 18 Oct-3 Dec 2010)
- Dec 3, 2010: “Fair Share” and Initial SS Commitments Due!
- NLT Dec 10, 2010: BOD Review 2011 List, Bundling, and Approve Contractor Meeting & Bids
- NLT Dec 17, 2010: Contractor Pre-Bid Meeting Held via Webinar
- NLT Dec 17, 2010: Request for Bids Distributed to Contractors
- Jan 7, 2011: Contractor Bids Due!
- Jan 11, 2011: BOD Reviews Bids to Determine 2011 FRP (Contractor Awards)
- Jan 14, 2011: CHWMEG Notification Letters Sent to Facilities
- Jan 14, 2011: Contractors Notified of 2011 FRP Awards & Authorized to Proceed
- NLT Jan 31, 2011: Initial “Fair Share” Commitment Invoices to be Distributed
- NLT Jan 21, 2011: Announce Call for Commitments for the Initial SS Additions
- Feb 4, 2011: Member “Fair Share” Commitments Due for the Initial 2011 FRP SS Additions ‡
- Feb 11, 2011: Invoices for Initial SS Additions) to Be Distributed
- Ongoing 2011: Accepting Additional SS Addition Requests for the 2011 FRP
- Aug 5, 2011: Last Day for SS Additions to 2011 FRP
- Aug 26, 2011: Commitment Deadline for Final 2011 FRP Additions
- Aug 29, 2011: Begin Nomination Phase for the 2012 FRP
‡ CHWMEG BOD Policy: all 2011 FRP commitment invoices must be paid in full by the member before any of those completed reports can be conveyed to the member
