| Description of Services: | The Tredi Salaise facility is involved with the incineration of a variety of municipal, medical, and hazardous and nonhazardous industrial wastes. The site is divided into three major incineration operations to handle these waste types. The facility is authorized to accept most dangerous and non-dangerous industrial wastes, including those with halogen content greater than 1%. The incinerator units are also co-generation plants, and produce steam (which is piped to nearby customers), and electricity, which is used on-site as well as sold to the local power company. |
