| Description of Services: | The Jiangxi Hazardous Waste & Jiujiang City Medical Waste Disposal Center (JHWDC) is a government initiative by the Jiangxi Province Development and Reform Commission to design, build, and operate a hazardous and medical waste disposal center for Jiangxi Province. This initiative was started in the early 2000’s, and after the completion of various feasibility, site selection, and design studies, construction was initiated at the selected site in 2005. Once construction is completed in 2010 (or later), the JHWDC will be a full-scale hazardous and medical waste storage, treatment, and disposal facility with waste storage, physical-chemical treatment, incineration, hazardous waste landfill, and solvent recovery capabilities available for waste generators in Jiangxi Province. |
