Description of Services:SepraMet uses a unique process, combining proprietary hydrometallurgical techniques with Molecular Recognition Technology (MRT). SepraMet specializes in the refining of precious metals, including low grade nonhazardous catalyst materials, such as palladium on alumina, as well as other materials that typically contain less than 1,000 ppm of total platinum group metals (PGM). Materials with higher concentrations of PGMs can also be treated. Incoming material is transported by roll-off, truck trailer, or van, primarily in Supersacks and 55-gallon drums. The PGMs are sold as a commodity to various companies worldwide or returned to the customer as per the contract terms.
