| Description of Services: | The facility is exclusively engaged in used drum reconditioning. The incoming containers include 50-gallon drums, and multiple sizes of plastic containers. More than 95% of the incoming drums are 50-gallon iron drums. These drums with residual solvents, paints, resins, and other residues are hazardous wastes and categorized as HW49 in the “National Hazardous Waste Category” in China. Disposal of the hazardous wastes must be conducted by licensed company. Most drums, after reconditioning, will be sent to the original generator or sold for reuse. Main processes for iron drums include reshaping of the drums, cleaning residues from the drums, washing, polishing and painting, and finished products storage. Processes related to plastic containers re-conditioning include residue cleaning, washing, water rinse and finished products storage. |
