Description of Services:	Liqun is engaged in hazardous waste disposal using an incinerator. The main operation at facility at the time of visit was a rotary kiln incinerator as well as affiliated systems. From 2002 to 2004, a shaft kiln was employed in the site and used for incineration. In 2004, the shaft kiln was out-of-service because of technology update. The rotary kiln had been installed and began operation since 2004. Primary activities of Liqun include hazardous waste collection and transfer, storage, and incineration.
