Description of Services:The TREDI facility has three incineration units (a rotary kiln, a static kiln, and a copper kiln) with related air pollution control equipment, various equipment for decontamination of PCB transformers, condensers, and other containers, including nine autoclaves and a perchloroethylene (PCE) recycling distillation unit, liquid and containerized waste storage areas, a wastewater treatment plant, a laboratory, and other associated infrastructure. The facility is permitted to burn every kind of PCB waste (including high concentration PCB waste), any halogenated wastes, and various other hazardous wastes in liquid, solid, sludge, or gas form.
