Description of Services:The facility is permitted as a storage, transfer, treatment, and recycling facility for oilfield wastes. The facility is also permitted to dispose of waste water via two injection wells; one injection well is located onsite (Well #1505) while the other injection well (Well #1210) is located approximately 2.6 kilometers (km) northeast of the main facility. However, As of November 2013, the facility has voluntarily shutdown both wells and is now transferring all incoming and site generated wastewater to five Newalta facilities in Alberta, Canada.
