| Description of Services: | The facility receives scrap electronics for recycling. At the warehouse, scrap electronics are stored, dismantled, and shredded. Personnel also process and refurbish some goods for resale. Some materials are baled and sold to recyclers. Shipments of goods arrive at the facility as packaged solids stored on pallets and/or in Gaylord boxes, transported as dedicated shipments in trailers. After delivery, goods are processed in four to six weeks. Storage areas are marked within the warehouse, and forklifts are used to transport materials. A variety of electronic goods are accepted at the facility, including computers, monitors, cable boxes, hard drives, steel, fans, wires, and circuit boards. |
