Description of Services:The facility operations include: 1) containerized waste processing, including sorting, bulking, and consolidation prior to on-site treatment, or storage and transfer operations for certain wastes it cannot treat or dispose on-site; 2) chemical stabilization of wastes containing heavy metals; 3) chemical fixation for inorganic and organic wastes; 4) debris treatment using micro- and macro-encapsulation; 5) management of PCB-containing materials and equipment for on-site treatment and disposal or offsite transfer; 6) aerosol can recycling; 7) container reuse management (drum/tote washing, leak testing, and painting for re-use only within US Ecology's operations); and 8) landfill disposal.
